Lin's asia cuisine
I founded Lin’s Asia Kitchen in Dornbirn in 2011, inspired by a desire to cook the way I grew up: honestly, freshly and with care. Surrounded by the aroma of spices and the sound of sizzling pans, I learned early on that food is about more than nourishment, it brings people together. My father, Chef Lin, shaped my passion and creativity in the kitchen, while my Taiwanese mother taught me the importance of lightness and balance. These two influences come together in a vibrant, flavourful cuisine built on carefully selected ingredients and dishes made not only to satisfy, but to leave you feeling good, now reimagined for Open World.
